The Mind Behind the Magic

I'm just a graduate student combining two of my loves - baking and physical therapy. My name is Elizabeth Seewer and I'm currently getting my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Bellarmine University. I've always loved baking; whether it's for someone's birthday, a sad occasion, or just to fulfill a craving - I whip something up at least once a week. Through listening to inspirational individuals and receiving a sign from the world that this needed to be done, I find myself embarking on yet another crazy adventure. So here it is ladies and gentlemen, just an ordinary girl helping to make ~Sweet Memories~ one cookie at a time.
